Our Host & Proprietor Jim Gilbert-Full has been a successful restauranteur in the Lakes Region for over 30 years. Known for his kind and generous personality, Jim has a keen ability to identify and create a strong team of people that work well together and thrive on their customer’s satisfaction.  Bringing a new charm and a finer dining experience in a relaxed family atmosphere to the Woodman corner in East Wakefield, Blue Bay Seafood & Steaks is gaining notoriety throughout the Lakes Region.  “I have to give credit to our outstanding chefs behind the scene.  They really help the rest of us make it happen.”
